We are required to add 10% BVI Hotel tax to your total invoice.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Rates include 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests $40/night upon approval.
No pets allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the villas.
Pay via Visa, or Mastercard.
We request 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due at check out.
In cases of Cancellation, deposit refunds are pro-rated
90+ days prior to arrival, deposit less 10% is refunded.
60-89 days prior to arrival, deposit less 30% is refunded.
30-59 days prior to arrival, deposit less 50% is refunded.
0-29 days prior to arrival, no refund.
